  When I book accommodation, I do so based on what the property has to offer. The Hadleigh Holiday Suites boasts of being 4* apartment accommodation that has all mod cons with outdoor garden, patio and laundrette for guests use. Perfect! I thought.
  The Hadleigh Holiday Suites does not have a garden but a very small patio which is only available to those who occupy the ground floor flat. The laundrette is a small blue machine in a cupboard under the sink. Is this one of those mod cons?
  The place is in dire need of decoration as all walls are covered in chipwood that have been painted over and over again with magnolia emulsion.
  On either side of my bed was a small cupboard each with a lamp on top of a battered, old fashioned placemat. I have been to many hotels and apartments and NEVER have I seen a placemat on your side cupboard.
  In a corner of my bedroom was a hoover that was taped together at different points which stunk the whole place out so I only used it once. Another mod con I presume. On arrival I was told to use the hoover so the apartment could be kept clean. I havent paid all that money to do all the cleaning!
  Everywhere you turn there are A4 sheets of paper telling you not to do something.
  On leaving the premises I was asked if I had enjoyed my stay to which I raised my concerns. The owner called me a liar when I told him about the garden and patio being on his website, so once I returned home I emailed a screen print of what is on his website. He hasnt responded, but then again I didnt expect him to.
  Dont go to this place. It is far too expensive for what it is, the owner is arrogant. NO WAY is this place 4*
